How will we do it?

We will start with self-knowledge, the first ingredient of emotional intelligence. 

We will identify the motivations and needs of each of your employees in order to connect with them and accompany them in their comprehensive development. 

We will do exercises of assertive communication y effective feedback, tailored to each of your collaborators. 

You will have assignments and action plans specific to each session related to team management skills.

You will have my support and advice via WhatsApp in carrying out assignments or addressing concerns that may arise between sessions. 

You will have access to support material exclusive content such as readings, presentations, and videos on the topics covered.

Methodology

The executive coaching process that will allow you to transform through your leadership consists of ten individual sessions via Zoom, in which we will develop team management skills such as directing and developing people, framed within a transformational leadership style. 

We will work with practical exercises and activities that will allow you to understand your strengths and areas for development, as well as the motivations and needs of your collaborators; from this knowledge, we will generate action plans that allow you to develop effective leadership oriented towards the fulfillment of the stated objectives. 

You will have access to support material that you can use whenever you want. 

You will have personalized support between sessions to resolve any questions that may arise throughout the process.
